I need help finding all the trademarks within a particular class - mine is clothing 025, that contains a certain word - for example, the words "green", "bio", "urban" etc...

I know how to search words for all classes , but I am not sure how to use the advanced search options to narrow my results for a particular class

... The Tess database is found here: http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=bgv1ra.1.1 or simply google uspto and look for TESS.

Thanks for your help

  1. You should be able to search with normal Boolean commands. There should also be a link for "help" on the site. HOWEVER, searching on your own will not help you find everything. This is what patent attorneys are for. They will know how to effectively search and keep you out of 'hot water' later.
