Need advice, anyone willing to help?

Question

im 13 years old and know how to speak vietnamese and english fluent. my dad is trying to push me into learning mandarin because my dad is chinese/taiwanese and a whole lot of other nationalities that we dont need to get into. well do you think its a little too late to learn, im just afraid that i'll be sitting in a classroom with bunch of little kids. ):

*also its not an online thing its a classroom.

help please i really dont know what to do!!

I think even thought your dad push you to lean mandarin, but it may be a very good idea not just for the language.  Since the openning to China and Taiwan is more or less open; you may, who knows, will have business that related to either or both of those nations.

Thank your dad about that. He will help you learn mandarin faster.
