Need advice for a nice darjeeling trip?

What is the best time to go to darjeeling?

we would like to visit darjeeling and actually want to walk on snow... what is the best time to enjoy snow and scenaries in darjeeling... pls give info ..

how to plan darjeeling-sandakphu-darjeeling trip, how many days? what are the costs ?

Darj is not safe at all. The so called "Gorkhaland" parties called an indefinite strike. Inspite of talk of treating tourists like God - people were given 24 hrs to clear out. In places like Lava - tourists were given an hour. A group of tourists were attacked - some have been seriously injured. Even an ambulance has been attacked.

I wouldnt advice going to Darj for now - till this conflict gets resolved.
