Need advice for him?

I asked a question the other day about my 14 year old son not wanting to wear anytype of protection while he played catcher during practice. the only rule the league has is to wear a helmet when it is just practice, so will that be enough protection for him? I'm really concerned about if certain "parts" need to be covered or not.

I would say "parts" need to be covered. I'm sure it's uncomfortable to wear, but it might save him pain in the future.

a baseball is very hard a heavy/strong. if it were to hit his parts without protection he will be seriously injured. so i think protection is needed
