Need advice from someone experienced with cellphone plans?

I'm not exactly cellphone experienced but these days a cellphone seems appropriate to have handy. I've been scanning company after company and its hard to decide... I'm looking for something around 50 bucks, if not less and with all the good features like 3 way calling, text messengering, caller ID, maybe long distance.

I do a lot of talking, so far metropcs looks the best except I hear the phones sucks along with the service. Also the t-mobile fav 5 plan looks worthy but I'm not sure how things like text messengering prices are... I'm basically asking for suggestions here....

  1. Get verizon! my dad has me my brothr and himself on our plan. he only pays about 100 a month.

Do not listen to other people its opinion but metropcs it Has good signal in there coverage area and the 50 plan will get your everything all txt picture global text voice mail package 3way calling an call forward call waiting  email msn and aim  411 for free an map quest an loop thats a gps like the iphone and they have metropcs flash where you can get any phone from Verizon and sprint nextel any CDMA but not att or tmobile and the cost to flash it is 30-40 bucks but go with metro is good serivce and always flat rate on the monthly bill.

    AND I HAVE METROPCS GOOD FOR ME
