Need advice on HIV meds side effects?

Hello,my name is Billy,I have been HIV positive for 8 yrs.I started the cocktail 2 months ago.Some days the side effects are so bad I can't go to work.I take Truvada and viramune.My side effects arn't as bad as say 6 weeks ago but somedays the stomach cramps are unbearable and that depresses me.Any advice on how long these side effects last?Anyone going threw the same thing as me?

        * Lower back or side pain
