I finish the apologies to the principal and to Emily. They were mailed out already Some of you said I should tell Emily face to face I was sorry for making fun of her for having Down syndrome and calling her a r****d but I can’t do that her parents don’t want me near her. I wrote the letter instead. I wrote the principal I apologies to him and ask him to reconsider letting me back in school again. I told him in the letter he was wrong when he called me a baby and said I belong in preschool wearing pampers not in high school. Some of you suggested I don’t say that to him in the apology but I felt I had to. Question there is nothing more I can do right? Its up to him now to let me back into school

  1. What an apology!  "I am sorry, but you were wrong".

An apology must be heart felt.  You must truly be sorry before your apology can be accepted.  I am sorry, but you were wrong, is not heart felt, it is conditional, and should not be accepted.

  2. wow that's really not nice what you did to that girl. why don't you volunteer at a day camp for mentally handicapped people and try to see what its like for them in this world.......it will also show the girl and the principal that you messed up and you are wrong and your trying to make it right.......actions speak louder then words

  3. If you are really sorry then share this with others your age. Ask to do a letter to the editor of your local paper, or school paper. You can put your name, but when mentioning Emily leaver her name out and simply call her a fellow student.

Nothing hits home to kids then learning from another kid. Through your honesty and pain they will see and feel what both of you went through. You could do so much good for all the Emily's in this world and in turn become a better person. Isn't that your goal? Making good out of your wrong? Good luck and I do believe that people can learn and change.

  4. an apology is not said in letters..go up to him face to face!!

  5. I suspect that he is not going to let you back at school without wearing the pampers.  Try not to throw Ketchup at McDonalds.

    Thank you and good day.
