Its normal, when I was your age my sperm was also clear, actually there is no sperm yet, its still just the fluids that carry the sperm,a few more hand jobs and sperm will come out soon.

the clear stuff you are seeing is s***n. not sperm. when you get older and your body starts generating more sperm it will get white.
