  1. If you can find a roommate that already has the place, then your credit will probably be moot.

    www.roommates.com

    www.craigslist.org

  2. what's on your credit?  If you don't owe anything to an apartment or bank they just may ask for an extra deposit.  I know that if you owe anything to any apartment complex or utilities they won't rent to you until you pay it off.  But like I said they should just ask for extra down. Also you could possibly find a place that is privately owned more than likely they won't check credit good luck

oh and don't listen to the two that said live in the ghetto or with your babies daddy, just remember there are some people that are so unhappy with themselves that they have to try and rip others apart to make themselves feel better

  3. Well, most landlords will check your credit history.  Moreover, you will probably not want to live where they will not do that.

  4. ur best bet would be to do what i did find someone thats renting and wants it rented fast and is despreate. they usually just want to make sure you have a good job to where you can pay rent

    i found mine on craigslist.com

  5. Try calling places and before they run your credit, ask them what you need to do to get the place. I had terrible credit and I got a place by throwing down about $500 more for a deposit. It can be done, especially if places still have a lot of vacancies.

  6. Your best bet is to look in your local paper. Usually, private owners...like someone who rents out part of their home...won't check. I'm not positive though. I do know that pretty much all complexes will check.

  7. There is no much animal - most places check your credit to make sure you are going to be able to pay the rent, and there is no list of just the ones that don't.  Very few places will rent to someone with bad credit.

Your best bet is to rent from a private owner - they are less likely to do a credit check.

  8. There is no such website.

  9. You need to find an apartment you like first.  Call them and let them know your situation (Be honest up front, this will save you time)  Most of the time they will tell you right away if you should apply.

    Good luck!

  10. live in the ghetto, they dont check anything

  11. There isn't a website.  I would recommend trying to rent through a private party (aka through the owner) sometimes they won't pull your credit.  Explain your situation upfront, but be prepared to pay more of a deposit.  Check out your newspaper and craigslist.org

  12. Any good complex will not rent without one.

Through the Crime Free Housing Program, I must run credit and background.

In Phoenix a company called Apartment Kings help people like you.

I believe they are all over the country.
