Regular customer service really does not care. Of course I'm sure the higher ups do not either. I am considering switching from AT&T after 23 years of faithful service to Comcast or Vonage internet phone. I am a little upset that they are going to double bill me for long distance next month. They emailed me and said they were going to start billing a month in advance and that my next bill would have 2 months on it. They charge way to much as it is but I always loved the service. I'm very disappointed at this decision of theirs and would like to tell them about it. Any idea how to get an email address or # of someone higher up than the Pakistani at the call center?
