    You can buy all the mirrors you want, but you still need to LOOK, and observe all around you.........THE EYES HAVE IT...

  3. Dorothy, most auto parts stores carry them.

    However, you should also use the outside mirrors as well as the inside mirror,  which is restricted by the size of the back window.

  4. Check with a dealer or auto parts store for a CONVEX type rearview mirror that will attach to your current mounting.  

    Keep in mind that even this type mirror is not a substitute for physically looking behind the vehicle  (checking for small children or toys)  before backing,   or for turning your head to physically check the blind spots before changing lanes.    If it isn't clear and you hit something,  you are still at fault no matter what type mirror you have.
