I use flash cards.

I think everyone learns differently and memorizes differently some people are visual; so read it over and over; some are audible, so say it out loud, some people need to write it over and over but for me i found that if i write it on a flash card and then glance over my flash cards when I'm stuck in traffic or slow at work it works the best for me.
