Need another Earthquake on Pokemon Diamond

I used my Earthquake for Gabite at a low level and i need help finding another one for Salamence, were could i get another?

If you already used the TM you need to either learn the move naturally or get another Earthquake TM  being held by a pokemon traded to you from a friends game.

get 80 battle point at battle tower and go to exchange service corner and get earhtquake.
