Need answer for pulled fire alarm

does a pulled fire alarm need to have a glass stick in it to prevent accidental fire alarm. i live in a apartment where the fire alarm doesn't have anything like that to help prevent it by getting pull accidentally.

it takes a little bit more than just brushing up against the fire alarm to pull it accidentally... If you have questions or concerns you could always talk to your landlord or the local fire department.

i know not all of them have that, some have this black stuff on the in side of the triger that is really hard to get off ur fingers and leaves your finger print so they can charge who ever pulled it.
