  2. You use all of your body in surfing. You get a really nice back and upper body strength. Your legs and butt and rest will follow suite.

  3. tongue- yummy ocean water

  4. arms-paddling/standing up

    legs-standing/moving

    head/neck-to look for a wave

    abs-standing up

  5. You have to use every part of the body even to walk.

For surfing, there are arms, legs, brain, feet, and hands. you can also include anything else.

  6. I hope you drown the next time you are in the ocean POSER

  7. The muscle groups that are most important for paddling are the shoulders and back, and paddling is one of the most physically draining/important parts of surfing. You need some strong shoulders and back to make it outside in certain spots. Then you have to paddle hard to catch the wave.

  8. shoulders to paddle, abs when popping up, biceps when popping up, your legs to control the board. You use almost every muscle in your body for surfing. Its a great workout.

  9. I think you use ever part of your body, from arms and shoulders, abs, biceps, and your legs.  Perhaps that is why there are no out of shape surfers... =P
