Okay I am really into witchcraft. My mom now knows about it (I'm 17) and she told me that she's okay with it. So I can finally decorate to my likings! (YAY) Well I'm moving to a new house in three weeks. I'm not sure how to decorate it though. I want it to be really witchcrafty. I'm already getting some framed pictures of witches and stuff. Any ideas? I can't paint BTW. Should I display some of my candles? Help pleaseee

  1. ya u can

  2. Ever hear of Salem? If witchcraft was actually real don't you think those people would have been able to cast some spells to protect them from the fires. Or maybe they would have had a charm of some sort? Idiot.

  3. I have some ideas.

    1) Do you like the gothic like style? If ya do, then fill the room with darker colors, like a blood red and black. Also, then you could display all your candles in holders too. Basically look for all oldish things that are dark and mysterious.

    2) If you like the zen like style, you again can display candles. Maybe get some fountains and make the theme light and green and bage (cant spell today lol) and yellows, basically go for a mellow feel.

Personaly though I would choose the gothic style. I dont know what kind of look you want, but yes no matter what you choose I would display the candles because it can add a nice look to any room.

  4. Yea you should put candles in it and a scary picture of a cat like a ahhh pict , and if you have money gets pro to paint a picture of a wicked witch on a broom stick flying away and it has to have a scary pumpkin in  it

  5. Well, you can make cobweb by yourself... It's very easy. You need a lot of small  tacks and a long black thread. You should neil tacks to the wall. First tack will be a center of your cobweb. Then neil other tacks around the center in several circles. Each next circle will be bigger than previous one. And after that unite tacks with the help of thread that it will look like a cobweb. The best way it'll be if you will find some toy spider for your codweb! I hope you will like my idea.

  6. First off, good for your to come out of 'the broom closet' so the saying goes. I still haven't told my family...

    Now to my answer:

I suggest you make a permanent altar (lucky girl, i have to put mine away everytime i use it). Make it nice and big so nothing it crammed. So maybe have one whole corner of your room kinda hidden/sepret from the rest of your room. Try using things like these to keep it hidden/sepret:

Hope this helps, have a nice day!!

  7. tapestries... you can find a few online ebay being some of the best thats where i found a lot for my place, i at least had the most fortunate pleasure of being able to paint, also try to choose colors that fit your spirituality to accent for linens and things around your place, my energy is calm with greens and blues, so naturally you want to choose things that make rituals easy. plants do well and a good bit of energy to any home. and when in doubt, never enough candles!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. if u beleive u can achieve

  9. Hm.. try painting the room a darker shade of purple/orange combination. And if you like Halloween-type witchcrafty then maybe you could throw in some pumpkin wall stickers or maybe even a real pumpkin! Try to keep a dark, mysterious ambience in your room, don't use these bright energy-saving lights or the fluorescent, use the dim type. Unless you are thinking of lighting the candles, I suggest you use electric candles which can be found online. I hope this helps!
