She will be 3 on March 23rd and it will not be good whether here in Idaho, can you please give me some suggestions as to what we can do for our party, my apartment is not very big to host such an event. Must be something nice because her older brother just had his birthday and we made a big deal about his so she will be expecting the same.

  1. Dress-up as a favorite Disney Princess Tea Party.

  2. Invite some of her friends and go to Chuck E Cheeses. If there isn't one near you then maybe consider a movie with one or two of her friends. (I think Horton hears a who will be showing by then:) Then after maybe go back to your apartment and play some Dora themed games, eat cake, and have fun!

  3. Lovin the Disney princess party idea another person said. All things princess are wonderful for this age. Make sure you have a simple craft for everyone (like decorating crowns maybe?) for them to do..fun easy crafts are a hit with this age and keeps 'em busy for awhile too. Have sandwiches and tea too..FUN!

  4. Scary clowns.

  5. Decorate the apartment princess style then have a few friends over dressed as princes and princesses.Don't forget the princess cake! Good Luck!

  6. hold the party in some restaurant. invite her little friends, hire entertainers and stuff. Don't forget to take pictures!

  7. CHUCKY CHEESE

  8. fancy dress ( a princess party)

Click above for some great ideas.  Kids that age, are mainly just impressed by the cake and presents.  Their attention span is quite limited so it's hard to do activities with them.  I think it's best to just let them play for a bit, set up a craft area for those who want to do that, and then do cake and presents.  You could make it a theme like "Princesses and Knights"  or just a basic costume party, or a pj's party, or a beach theme - everyone wear swimsuits and sunglasses!

  10. if you have a kids dance studio in your town (where kids take tap, ballet etc) you could call and ask about using the space for 2 hrs (plenty of time for 3 year olds) Many places don't have classes on Sundays - it is kind of short notice so a plan B could also be a party at the bowling alley - they will set up "bumper bowling" and you don't have to try to keep the kids busy from one activity to the next - and it's great for many ages - I am a mom of a 6, 4, and 3 year old and we end up with a range of ages at our kids parties, bowling pleases the crowd! and most lanes do pizza etc...a plus and no clean up in your house!  Good Luck

  11. Well as we are having the same problem, but my daughter said she just wants a pink cake with pink ice cream and fire on the top so she blow it! So maybe you ask her what she would like to do and let her do it! We are also taking her to the movies for the first time and that is going to be a big deal. At three all they really want is to have a say in what they do and the little things matter to them not really big parties! Good luck and have fun! Oh Happy very early to your little girl!!!
