you can do..sweat pants..tie one leg up and have the other down. with converse or cute shoes.

maybe with a neon tanktop

bootie shorts and skirts are too much for competition

id stick with  sweat pants...those pants that like swish together when you walk lol , or  maybe soffe shorts.

the ones that cheerleaders use.

you can make a t-shirt

write nicknames on them

cut them...tie fabric...stuff like that

wear black sweatpants bootie shorts in a bright color wear it so that you can see the bootie shorts and then wear a bra top that matches the shorts.  and a black zip up hoodie over it. you and your partner can were different colors.   you can also were a short jean skirt with colorful bootie shorts under it and a bra top to match.. good luck hope this helps

Hmm... Well personally, I really think that maybe black sweats. splattered with glow-in-the-dark paint, a black jacket, some neon sports bra (different colors for the two people), and plain white shoes. Maybe the old-school K-Swiss? Oh, and some sweet style of hat.

At my studio, it's been done to have the dancers wear black male dress shirts (button-ups) and neon booty shorts. The effect is pretty cool. And with that costume, they bought Fedora's (the hats) and used them as props throughout the dance.

For Hip Hop-YOU DON'T WANT NORMAL DANCING COSTUMES! Seriously, hip hop is meant to be a lot more relaxed than some flashy jazz dance people.

I think you should both stick with a colour theme eg: Black and White. And both of you wear whatever you want. On stage it would look a thousand times better than some stupid metallic costume that you bought off the net.

Sorry, having a bit of a rant here. Its just that hip hop is not like that-I can't describe it.
