i need a diet but still need the most out of nutrients to achieve a healthy weight

  1. Hm, Cardio for 30-45 minutes,

    Start increasing Cardio time to 50-60 minutes, as the weeks go by.

    light weight lifting for 5-10 minutes, for trim,

    And abdominal exercizes for toneing.

    Breakfast- 3/4 of cearal with skim milk, with fruits/ dried fruits, and nuts inside.

    Alternative- 1 peice of whole wheat toast with 1-2 tbsp of jam or becel, with a finger sized banana, and fat-free activia yogurt.

    Snack- Fruit,

    Alternative- 100 calarie snack bags

    Lunch- 2 peices of whole wheat bread, with 2 slices of fat-free/ lean sliced turkey, 2 tbsp of frenches mustard, lettuse, and tomatoes, with a sugar-free jello ( only 5 calaries ) and a peice of fruit ( berries, small apple, etc.. ) ( no mayo / butter) - Drink water.

    Alternative- Grilled chicken salad, with 1-2 tbsp of calarie-wize dressing. ( include veggies in it such as, tomatoe, cucomber, etc.. no cheese, and croutons.)

    Snack- Fruit,

    Alternative- 100 calarie snack bag.

    Dinner- grilled salamon, or chicken breast ( no breading ) with 1-2 cups of vegetables. Drink water.

    Alternative- Lean cusine frozen entree / whole-some advantage frozen entree ( under 270 calaries )

    Drink water.
