sir i have purchased one nokia C7 almost closting nr 19000 but from the very first day i am facing problm of re starting the handset , nokia care people has re installed software almost 5 times and than sended to L3 service centre from whre it is being repaired and now back to me . Now again same problem is their and the handset is agian at nokia care . This process is almost taken more than 1 month , can u tell me where i am at fault just this much that being a nice brand Nokia i have spended Rs 19000 on it

I had purchase NOKIA N73M on 13-08-09,Bill No-RP/4661/2009-2010 this model is gifted by my wife for the occession of my birthday,this model is dream for me and wife,My IMEI 355718029171533,when i purhase this instrument they sales people says this is the latest peace, but when i see after puchase it, Manufacture date is 27-09-08, which is one year older, after that i am facing joy stick problem which is not working properly, i had visited at NOKIA care the executive is saying me this parts is not available with us, u have to visit after some time, and after that i launched complained to nokia care with the job sheet no-649504867/100628/39,they chang it, but my another problem is still continue,which is log is not working, i had facing same after 15 days, i had visit again and my instrument is sending at Head Office, but after 10 days when i get this back, i saw IMEI Sticker is manupulate, and outer body is changed, i talk with call center executive regarding same, they also using abuse word, now i have facing another problem my camera is not working in proper way.
   Sir, i am very much fad up with the service of NOKIA,this instrument is connected with my sentiment and i am not happy with this.
   Sir, my mobile warrenty is over, in next month

I am Ashish Rattan citizen of Delhi. Unfortunately using the biggest brand of today's Mobile company Cell Phone NOKIA. I am using a cell phone model 6500S which i purchased on  21/07/2008. But it starts creating problem from the month of November by not getting Switch ON. And thats why i submitted it to your Autherised Service Center at CARE POINT Radheypuri Extn-2 on17/11/2009 which was my biggest mistake of my entire life. They ensure me to deliver the headset within two working days i.e.  on 19/11/2009. But now it is more than one month can you please tell me the reason for the delay of this. After all the customer is suffering because of you  now i feel it was a wrong decission to give the set to Nokia care for repair I should have given it to some other mobile shop for repair I would have surely got better service than this. What's the use of giving it to the authorised service centere if the service providede is like this.
I am really frustated now tired of hearing nonsense excuese. I would suggest other people not to go to Nokia Care if this is what Nokia Care provides. Please Beware of Nokia Care.....

      That I have purchased one Nokia mobile set Model No. 2626, IMEINo.356811023777915 from BM UPHAR, Fatak Sambalpur, having Waranty Ref No. APAINY195497742.

     That during warranty period the set has given so many faults for which i am quite unable to use the set.

     That finding the fault as "CHARGER NOT SUPPORT" which was given by Nokia Care Sambalpur as his finding.

    that after same repair by the Nokia Care the set has given trouble for 3 times for which i have to run to centre again and again for the same fault.

   that as the set is well within thw warranty period. It is better to replace the set for smooth use on my part.

I am Nokia customer from 1998 and using only Nokia mobile phone and we are very happy with NOKIA phone till we buy E71

we bought E71 on 22nd Feb 2009 from Malad, Mumbai CROMA. we are facing some problem , the phone is HANG  when we get a call from out side, that time we can not pick up the call, when we press the keypad answer key nothing done, the phone is HANG , when we press answer key its didnt pick up the call and its switch off after some time and restart again automatically, we went to NOKIA CARE  ( GOLDLINE INFOTECH) on 2nd march 09, they told us that , need to reinstall software, they did this free of cost and upgrade the version that is 210.21.006  .

After that its working fine for some days and again same problem started, when we got a call on phone its HANG and when we press answer key its didnt work and can not pick up a call ., after that phone switch off automatically and restart, we again went in same NOKIA CARE  ( GOLDLINE INFOTECH) Goregaon, Mumbai 400062, on 27th July 09, they again reinstall new version that is 300.21.012

Now again this same problem start but from last 2 days its happen again and again., 2times a day, we are suffering our business due to this and now we demand for REPLACEMENT . we hope you support us with free replacement because its under 1 year warrantee period.
