Need feed back on pokemon pearl team?

Question

i'm currently constructing a all water team in pkmn pearl and need a bit of feed back on moveset

Empoleon - docile - drill peck, brine (later hydro cannon), stealth rock, and roar (combine w/ spike and stealth rock and roar)

Cloyster - imprish - spike, ice shard (to take out garchomp, salamence, and dragonite), explosion, and last move i couldn't decided b/w iron defense, toxic spike, poison jab or hail

Vaporeon - calm - baton pass, subsitute, hidden power (electric), either aqua ring, wish, or acid armor (cause too lazy to breed eevee w/ wish but problally w/ wish)

Sharpedo - adamant or jolly - earthquake, crunch or night slash, water fall, ice fang or agility

Starmie - modest or timid - psychic, thunder bolt, ice beam, surf

Either

Poliwrath - subsitute, focus punch, hynosis (in case i need to stall) or waterfall (for stab), poison jab or belly drum

Or

Slowbro - bold - calm mind, flamethrower, psychic or surf, ice beam or hidden power (electric)

Well me...

Empoleon: yes do get rid of Brine, although it has a great efect it can causea disadvantage if puy up against Reversal, you want something quick. Hydro cannon will leave you useless to defend so forget that move. I would give it a Hydro Pump with a Wide Lens attached to raise accuracy of all moves.

Cloyster:I personally would go for the all out offense with it. if you have your Empoleon frist in your team, and teach Cloyster Toxic Spikes, it will put a major dent in your team play, you wont be able to poison and hurt all of your opponents pokemon in few turns, but if you put Empoleon in another position, then go ahead. But if that is not what you want to do, teach it Poison Jab and give it a Poison Barb or Toxic Plate.

Vaporeon: I'm not too fond of putting one type pokemon in my team. But if you're going to keep it then i doubt baton pass is where you want to go with this. If you do then give it a move (any move) that can boost up one of it's stats. So go with Acid Armor. And give it an Aqua Ring/Leftovers combo so it can get all the sats it needs. Make it your annoyer. And get rid of Subsitute if you want to do this.

Sharpedo: Go with Night slash as it has a high critical high ratio. It's a pretty fast pokemon to begin with so I would teach it Ice Fang. Other than that, give it a Razor Claw and your good.

Starmie: You apparently went with the obvious Starmie that EVERYbody sees when they battle. Yes it is good but it being seen everywhere makes it predictable and beatable, easily. Me, I would teah it:

Psychic

Surf

Instead of Ice Beam/ Flash Cannon or Power Gem

And....Yeah keep Thunderbolt...or Grass Knot would be goo too.

Poliwrath: They dont do so well in the Sp. Atk. area so keep it a direct hitter. Instead of Focus Puch I would give it Brick Break. That way you dont have to use a 70% accur. move like Hypnosis just to stall them, it would be easily turned against you. I suggest giving it Rock Slide. That way it can take out any possible Flyiing types that may come along. Use Waterfall and then poison Jab to take out any grass types as well.

Slowbro: ....Not the BESt but.....decent. Put Psychic on it and instead of Surf, I would give it Water Pulse as to confuse the opponent while still giving decent ammounts of damage. I would Give it Shadow ball as to counter any Gengars or Dusknoirs. In which case give it an item that boosts up ghost moves. Flamethrower replace with Light Screen as they have great deffense but somewhat poor Sp.Def.

I suggest you to take out brine on Empoleon. I don't recommend hydro cannon because it's too risky. Try something like aqua ring or surf.

For Cloyster maybe toxic spikes?  Imagine having layers of spikes, stealth rock, and toxic spikes. Now that's pretty nasty for your opponent. Hail isn't a good idea since it will hurt your other team members.

For Vaporeon I suggest aqua ring, baton pass, calm mind, and acid armor. Use those attacks and baton pass them to Starmie. Have it hold leftovers and you'll have a baton passer more dreaded than Ninjask.

Starmie sounds good. I suggest giving it a life orb.

Poliwrath seems like a better idea for this team since you already have a special wall (Vaporeon).

Of course, you wouldn't know exactly what happens until you test your team, but right now it looks balanced in terms of sweepers and walls.
