and i want to make a free one, and for it to be hosted on the internet.

what do i do, or where should i go?

  1. you want to create your own blog or forum? For you to have a forum of your own you must have a website. For blog you can use the free one here in yahoo and they will help you to post all your views and opinion on the Internet. There are loads of hosting company out there e.g 1on1.co.uk,
