Need help, I'm roasting in here?

My parents left on a cruise and my dad turned the a/c unit for the upstairs off. He figured no one is up their much, but I AM! That's where my room is and it's UNBEARABLE. Today it was almost 90...and yeah, I could stay down stairs, but it's my room where I try to get away from my family nuts! We have two units, one for upstairs and one with downstairs. The thing is, he turned off the unit so even if the wall one says on, it's still off.

I just need help with the a/c if you know, don't care to know other ways to cool off (aka, fan, cold shower, ect.)

Call parents to ask how your A.C  unit works!

Just turn the A/C back on.

This one is tough to answer because every house has a different. But mostly, every wall mount that controls the A/C has an on/off switch or button. Just look for it when you look at the thermostat.

He may have tripped the circuit breaker.  There should be a panel near where the electrical lines enter the house.  If he turned it off just flip the breaker.  It not dangerous.  There could also be a breaker near the part that is outdoors.  Check for a breaker there second.  (Its usually a fuse there and you don't want to mess with that)

Go downstairs.  Tell you dad it's too hot an ask him to turn it on.
