Need help, Windows vista pass?

Question

I can't login into my user account, I don't remember the pass, is there anyway to reset the pass without logging in into windows, I can't pass the windows log on window...

Anything on the BIOS maybe?

I'm using a windows vista also, but I don't have a password. But when you set your password, the system should have required a recover question of some sort. There should be a button you can click on. It should say something like "I forgot?"

Try clicking it, and something will pop up, if you don't know what to do next, post it on Yahoo! Answers.
