The good part of your poem is that it will clearly show your beloved cousin how cherished her life really is. Nicely done!

My advice for you would be to try to find more creative words. From the words that you've used, readers can tell that you're trying too hard. Be more flowing with your word choice. Don't try too hard.

The rest needs some work. If U just write it as if it wasn't yours, I mean as if somebody asked U to write it for her.That would help focusing on expressing Ur feelings, in addition to controlling the rhythm. In situations like this, the rhyme doesn't matter that much? BTW, congrats to Ur cousin, & good luck .
