Need help! Are there companies out there that proctor tests?

I had to take a pre employment test to work at a utility company. However the job is in colorado and im in michigan. Anyways the proctor for the test was a office assistant at a local utility company. she was horrible. she told me on the phone that i would have a scientific calculator and she gives me an adding machine. and the office was very distracting. I need to find a nearby within 100 miles of Traverse city michigan to proctor a test.
