question number2 , i don't get it , why the answer is the last one, I don't even know what the question is asking, a whole number is 0 and natural numbers right?

the fist anser 1,1 is 1 1/10 right ? why using a comma overthere????

The last one is correct because 144 is not 11 squared.  11 squared is 121.  11*12=144.
