Need help Finding a Trolling Motor for my Boat?

I Bought a 12ft jon Boat and this is the exact boat at the link below

I have always fished from the bank so I don't know much about Trolling Motors

all I know is

I need an electric one because the lake I fish on doesn't allow gas motors

If you could send me some links to some Trolling motors that would be good for this boat

I bought a 14 foot not too different and a 40 lb thrust trolling motor from Walmart for about $150.  Works great, definitely have enough to push it around (with my wife & boy onboard) for 2 to 3 hours.   Buy a good battery and charger, and always have an oar on hand just in case.  Enjoy your boating!

I use a minkota 40 pound thrust on my 12 sears aluminium boat.  It is the maximizer model so the battery lasts a lot longer and you have infinate speed control instead of 1-5.
