Need help. Hi i have a Largan Chamelon Mega and I have the program download like i am suppose to

Hi i have a Largan Chamelon Mega and I have the program download like i am suppose to but when i plug the camera in to my oc to get the pics I get a error message of Device Not ready ??? I dont understand why its doing this it has never done it before ...I have tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it but that hasnt helped any assistance would be great
