Need help Identifying Egyptian Relief?

Can anyone tell me the name or any other detials of the Egyptian relief sculpture at the website below. It is the Relief Tile style A, and this is the only place I can find the picture but it has no description.

  1. I have my doubts whether this item - Relief Tile style A is taken from an actual plaque/ wall or stella found in, or once decorating, a specific ancient tomb. Just like the other two tiles shown in your picture, the scenes are not of special interest but show a procession of pharaoh/god-like figures and the symbols that represent them. There are many famous and beautifully rendered scenes of this type (e.g. showing people making bread, hunting, playing music) - but these images are not among them, nor are they of the same quality. In my opinion these reliefs are  in the style of.... But nothing more.  Supporting my theory is the fact that no mention is made alongside this (and the other) plaques saying what they are copies of.

    I would like to have Guess Who's at Large's opinion on this piece.
