  1. Use a crazy ball.. you know, that thing that boxers used... the ball with a rubber rope on its top and bottom side and when you whack it, it goes all crazy bobs and waves towards you... yeaaah, that's the one...

    Hope this helps...

  2. learn to juggle it improves both reflexes and peripheral vision :)***

  3. Streachings are good basic to make yourself to be reflex.

1st, try to reach your forehead at you foot. if you cannot reach it just try it at your knees. And do some meditation like tai chi. Tai chi helps you to balance your life on earth and within you.

It also helps you to improve you to be flexible. But don't force yourself if you cannot do so. This will go to an muscle pain. must control your energy when you streach and your legs must be strait. Do not jug beacuse it causes you muscle to be hard again. do not do jumping rope, do it twice in  a week.

well good luck and be flexeble as you wish to.

  4. What M. said works, and the its called a sway bag technically if you go to shop for it, excellent for the "stick and move" idea, Yoga improves flexibility and limberness which will help with reflexes as well.
