Need help. What do you mean by "ihalintulad" in english.?

"Ihalintulad" would generally mean "to compare", in the sense of "finding similarities", more like "to equate".

So, for example "Huwag mong ihalintulad ang iyong sarili sa kanya", would be more appropriately translated as "Don't equate yourself with him/her".

"Ihambing" also means "to compare", in the sense of "finding both similarities and differences", more like "to put side by side".

So if you wanna say "Don't compare yourself with him/her" in Filipino, it's better to say "Huwag mong ihambing ang iyong sarili sa kanya."
