  1. Midol seems to work well in women I've talked to / been around / bought it for.  From what I've read in another question, water bottles filled with warm bottles can help ease cramps so can gentle massaging.

  2. A HEATING PAD APPLIED TO YOUR BACK OR BELLY ALWAYS HELPS. YOU CAN ALSO ASK YOUR PARENTS TO GET YOUR SOME MOTRIN, ITS AN ANTINFLAMMATORY DRUG OVER THE COUNTER THAT REDUCES THE CONTRACTIONS CAUSED BY THE SHEADING OF THE UTERUS.

  3. Try gentle excercise to get the muscles to relax or hold a hot water bottle over your tummy.  It works for me.

  4. Feminax

Heat pads at the site of pain

Gentle exercise *walking around a lot*

Distracting yourself from it as best as you can

    Massaging your painful areas

    Masturbation (sometimes)

  5. You need pain killers!!  But since it sounds like you have none:

You won't be able to get rid of the pain completely if it's strong pain..  You need to lie down, in the way that's most comfortable for you..  For me I find lying down on my side is great..  You also need a hot water bottle, fill it with boiling water, wrap a tea towel around it so you don't burn yourself and lie down holding it on the lower part of your tummy (where the pain is)..

If you don't have a hot water bottle, try anything that can warm up and is safe to use, eg. electric blanket etc..

If you don't have anything like that, try filling a sealable microwave proof container with hot water and use it in the same way as the hot water bottle approach.. But be careful!!

    And.. drink loads of water!

  6. You can't prevent period pain, you can only ease it. If you're against using painkillers, you can use herbal remedies such as cammomile tea (which is soothing and relaxing), take a warm bath or use hot water bottles.

  7. get PAZZAAAAAA to l**k it up :x

  8. go snuggle up in bed and hold a hot water bottle bottle over the bottom of your tummy
