Need help about trying to get a car with bad credit!!!!! Need any and all advice I can get!!!?

Hello I'm a working student. I'm 19 years old and just begin working again since last year for the summer. See I'm in need of car badly and yes I do not have perfect credit while I was in school somebody had stole my credit card and I'm half to blame it. I also don't have a down payment and have tried so many ppl to cosign for me it's crazy. My close family swear they have bad credit to but I believe its just there way of saying no. I don't know what to do I have only been turn down once by a used car dealership what can I do I need a relaible car before august if not I might lose hope and faith. Please help and not with dumb answers!! Thanks!!
