Need help buying a fishing rod!!?

Question

im new to fishing, and i really dont have a clue!.. i want to fish in rivers for trout, and maybe fish at the sea shore - but dont know what rod to use..

i would need a rod from argos, and not too expensive either, maybe less than £30..

i recommend ugly stick for sea shore fishing and a berkley ultralight for trout in the river.

Ugly Stick is a good tough rod and not too expensive.

If you're just starting out and need a quality inexpensive rod ugly stik is the way to go.If you find out you enjoy fishing and want to spend more down the road you're ugly stik will last you long enough to get you there.

zebco are fine for river and ocean,they are cheap too.good luck on your trip.
