Need help changing color of eyes ?

Can anyone change the color of her eyes?

To light blue, that looks actually real.

If you can't but know how, please give me easy steps to do so.

I have Photoshop CS3.

Do you mean by changing the eyes itself? :)

Use honey. Just buy natural pure honey, mix it with some cooled boiled water, put it in a sterile eye dropper, and get a few drops into your eyes.

I've been using it for a week, and my dark brown eyes are turning like a reddish brown. I never used to be able to see the pupil because it was so dark, but now I can see it quite well.
