Need help controlling Brother and Sister?

They are being really annoying and keep making huge messes through out the house, my mom and dad are at work during the day. So, I'm left in charge of them, my brother is 8 and my sister,9. They won't listen, they make messes and back-talk me, break things and basically hide in my parents room... and they trash everywhere else in the house.. I'm left to wait or clean it up myself.... It's really annoying. How can i get them under control and listening to me? my parents can't control what happens when I'm home with them alone so... It's really hard,Thanks, I really need help with this.

Do not clean up after them until your parents can see the mess they make everyday, and while helping to clean you can tell them also about the disrespect they show you. and that you just wanted them to see your not exaggerating the situation, and want them to help you help them.
