Need help creating a name for an upscale coffee shop?

I am trying to design a logo and create an identity for an upscale coffee shop, can you please help me think of one? Also I am thinking of using the stain for the logo.

I've really great logo and a name that i was planning to use but but its easier start with some one. Ive copyrighted that name and logo but here go any ways SIA BRO'S too bad i cant show the logo maybe over email or youtube. You'll probably going to have to buy it   LOL.

Thats a good idea. If by stain, you mean the stain it leaves on a napkin..but written with letters, maybe cartoonish.
