I currently am working for as a Temp at MetLife in their Legal dept as a Paralegal. I have an MBA degree and want to go to law school next year. Their is another job opportunity that is knocking my door in a bank call BBVA to be a Loan Administrator. What should I do?

Which is best for me for law school. Which one would be a better company? I also am looking for flexibility because I want to go to law school in the evenings.

Which one is a better choice???

An answered received would throw some major light in my direction.

Thank you !

  1. see which job has better benifits.... if ur ever gunna start a family u should go with the most reasonably one....i would go for a lawyer becuase it pays well and if ur husband ever tries to take ur kids away u can fight back...lol thats what i would do.....

  2. They both sound like great opportunities.  But do the one that makes you happier.  Which one has an atmosphere that you would enjoy. Take in consideration the people you will be working with, and make sure that is the lifestyle you want to be in. Good luck!!

  3. If you want to go into Law, I would stay with the paralegal job.  Is there a way that MetLife can help finance your law degree?  Why move from something that you want to do, to being a Loan Admin?  That makes no sense.  I would stay where you would get the experience in the field you chose.  Ultimately, though, it's a question only you can answer.

  4. I would say follow your heart because if you dont you will regret it later on. Your fist instinct is usually the right one.
