ok... so i am 16... i i work a lot and i am saving up to buy my first car.... i will have about 4-5000 dollars to spend up my first car... i would prefer a car with less then 100,000 miles...also a car that wont need to be repaired every week....also i want a a imported 90`s sports/coupe car.... and i dont care that my insurance will be more expensive because of that...

anyway a couple cars i have considered are

-eclipse 95-99 model non-turbo

-eclipse 90-94 model plus a new body kit

-nissan 240sx 1995

- toyota celica ...any year

-nissan 300zx

-mazda mx-6

- integra ... 95 or later

any other suggestions please tell me...remember i want a fast car with good handeling....plus nice gas mileage would be cool

i wish i could afford a rx-7 or 98 supra....maybe someday haha

  1. Make use of google to collect some related links or you could try to use answer engines like yahoo answer or answer.com to get some related answers.nonetheless,If you like some direct resource, here is a good resource from my own experience.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca...

  2. for around $6k an Acura Integra 98-99 is a great car.

    check your insurance rates first.

  3. Get a celica; they're ok looking, have decent mileage, and like most toyotas, incredibly reliable.

  4. I'd go with the Celica, 300zx(which would be fastest), or 240z.

The non turbo eclipses are slow as h**l and unreliable. However Celica, Miata, and Integra are slow.. If you actually wanted something fast you'd look at LT1 Camaros or Firebirds. Those had Corvette engines in them. Good for around 300 HP stock plus the entire Corvette parts catalog. The most HP you have there would be the 300zx which as like 225. The rest are in the 150-170 range. They are easily faster than anything you have there.

[Edit: On the other hand it would be best for you to stay in that performance range. A 16 year old with a 300 HP RWD sports car that doesn't have traction control will spell disaster.]
