Hi, I'm currently 5 11 150 lbs and 19 years old. I have been playing basketball for a couple of years and want to get better for my intramural team in college. Can some one post a good weight lifting workout schedule and basketball drills that i can do to increase weight and athleticism. I have a quick first step but would like to increase my driving skills. My shots are good so im mainly working on my slashing game. To make it short i would like a weightlifting routine for the week to increase athleticism and wieght (im 5 11 150 and i want to be around 175). I would also like basketball drills to improve my handle and driving skills. Thank you for any help.
