Need help eating egg...?

well a lot of ppl told me eggs are good if u work out ...so how should i eat them only the white part or the yellow inside too? i heard the yellow part inside its bad cuz its coleterol so then idk? help =d

  2. Well you can scramble them,with a little salt an pepper and a little milk, or you can buy egg beaters which is kinda of healthy. you can find it in the dairy in the grocery store. also  don't eat a lot of eggs at one sitting.

    boil them then only eat the white stuff

  7. eggs are good just not a lot of them,,,, it is like with any food do not over eat them
