I would go with Steve Smith, Andre Johnson, Jerricho Cotchery and Calvin Johnson.

If the cap is really only $50, you can't keep Smith or Andre Johnson. Doesn't make any sense. Roughly 35% of your budget on 2 WR? If you really want them back, I'm sure you can have them at or near that cost when you rebid. Bowe and Cotchery are good value, and I guess Calvin is too, though you certainly overbid on him if you spent 6 last year on him.
