Need help figuring out this j*p. animation character?

I suspect this shop on Gaia Online is stealing art -- and I was wondering if you out there could help me out or atleast confirm that it might just be all in my head. I'm so confident I've seen this art before -- possibly on an online coloring book (I know for sure it was online some time ago)

Anyway - the character is possibly a cat and is for sure drawn like Tarepanda. Here are some pics of the art to see if it triggers any memories in anyone

they aren't exactly the same, but they do kind of look alike. it's possible that the pics you found are fanart. hope this helps. good luck!!
