Say if a man and women work the same job, they have the same experience and degree but the man works harder(and vice versa)would it be wrong that they both make the same money ? I say of course. My point is why do alot of people think just because they have the same creds of their co-worker they should get paid the same ? I say if co-workers have the same creds , pay should be determined on mostly on who working hard/ job performance and confidence to re-negotiate pay. How would u like to work harder than your co-worker, see them slack off or not working as hard while getting the same pay. What do yall think ?

  1. I've read, and believe, that the nationwide woman's $0.75 to a man's $1.00 is the result of women leaving the work force between the ages of 25-35 to raise children- and that's the decade that most directly affects one's career.

  2. you have to remember alot of the feminist who push for equal outcome are teachers. Teachers are paid based upon seniority, degree's. It doesn't matter if there the best teacher in the world or the worst.

The wage gap is created by a mixture of previous generations sexism(there are still a few female workers who started working towards the end of when sexism still existed in employment but within another 5 years or so most will be retired) and career choices. Women mostly choice to become librarians, social workers, humanitarian aid workers.

A women doctor is more likely to be a general practitioner than a brain surgeon(more flexible hour's for a general practitioner).

The problem is they compare the total pay of all men and women in this country. In most cases when they compare same field, same amount of years, same experience it is not uncommon for the female employee to make almost 15% more.

Feminist's realize there time of sexist hate is comming to an end and there trying to delay that by or make as many gains before it happens.

The real goal is to turn women into first class citizens and men into second class citizens. Through various laws and international policys, through the education gap and now there trying to create a new "gender gap" with themselves ontop.

Call me a conspiracy nut but the way the trends are going I am more than likely right.

  3. Of course it is wrong.

But this won't stop feminists from complaining. Feminists want privilege without responsibility. They want identical wages for less work.

  4. IF a man works harder AND is thereby more productive then yes it is equitable (fair) to pay him more for the same job than the woman even though by definition it is of course unequal.

That's why there's a conflict if you advocate for equality because it can often result in unfair outcomes but equal outcomes for everyone like communism. Not fair

We pay people according to what they do not what they are

  5. Working harder, job performance and pay negotiation are all up to the boss and his/her opinions. People have a problem with it because take charge, know-it-all men are generally perceived in a more positive light than take charge, know-it-all women. Or at least that's the fear behind it.

On a side note, I totally agree with you. It's better than the current system of raises at my job, where everyone gets the same pay raise at the same time, regardless of job performance. People that have worked there longer get paid way more and they are usually the ones doing the least amount of work.

  6. That wasn't the issue with the wage gap...."clearing throat"

Need help figuring out this wage gap?  Let me explain the issue....up until 1994 there was no laws stating companies couldn't pay wages differently based upon s*x and skin color.

it wasn't just comparing one women vs one man...it was along the lines of all the women at the company were making 10,000 less then the men.

Some of this still lingers but ti's single, cases.

Todays wage gap....is caused by...those with out degrees.  A woman without a degree has a lot less likely (mostly b/c of personal choice)  to make money compared to a man.  Fact is blue collar male dominated dangers fields make more...

However with more women in college then men....the wage gap might shift. the other way...and it already has started to.

  7. The "wage gap" is yet another feminist lie.

The only proof you need, is a belief in the capitalist system. If women were truly paid less than men for the same work, literally all corporations would only hire women.

Men are paid more because they:

    - work harder

    - work smarter

    - work longer

    - are easier to work with

    - are team oriented.

An employer who hires a room full of female employees has only disaster to look forward to:

    - endless complaining

    - potential harassment lawsuits

    - extensive time off for pregnancy

    - extensive time off for "me days"

  8. It all boils down to women thinking that because that have choices in life that men cannot and dont take, that they should be paid for it. Thing is, they are being paid for it in spades through government handouts, child support, spousal support ect ect ect.

    Gold diggers plain and simple.

  9. Why would you automatically assume the man was the harder worker?

  10. The only "right money" is the one you negotiate with your boss. If you feel you are underpayed it is your job to hurt him by taking your buisness elsewhere.
