  1. Hello,

For our one dog that we've had for 3 years, she is a lab/border collie mix, and she loves to play with KONGS. You fill them up with peanut butter, and dog bones (the little ones) and they will go nuts. Plus the rubber is pretty thick and so it can sometimes be hard to break through. Our dog has never been able to break through it, and believe me, she chews on everything and rips her toys to shreds!

You get the BIG KONG. I believe PetSmart has them!

Also, big rubber squeaky toys seem good too! Our dog loves them, because she loves the squeaker! We only buy the rubber toys and stuffed animal toys because out dog tends to not ruin these as much.

    Good luck!

I swear by Goughnuts. I have three giant breeds and they can barely put a dent in those things. They are the only toys that they haven't completely destroyed. They've even destroyed those extra tough, black Kongs.

Not only are they practically indestructible, but Goughnuts come with a 100% money back guarantee. You can't go wrong there! :)

  3. a rope toy

  4. A Kong might be good. It has a hole that you can fill with the stuffing they make for them or peanut butter or cookies and it takes them awhile to get it out (by l*****g or pushing it around). It also bounces and it's very durable.

For when she's really driving you nuts keep a busybone (don't give them to her all the time though, only rarely).

  6. Buster cubes are very tough and getting the food out gives the dog something to do rather than just chew.

Once he likes the cube and figures out how it works, play hide and seek with him. Put him in a long down stay and hide the cube. Start with easy places and get more difficult as he catches on to the game. My dog LOVE this game and will stay for 5 minutes patiently waiting for his chance to find the toy.

Try the toys from Helping Udders too. They have some good tough toys.
