Need help finding a Music Video?

Question

I can only remember the music video. its been a long time (bout 4-6 years) since I seen it on TV FUSE to be exact.

I think it was about a girl that died and went to the morgue and was about to be disected but woke up and the last scene is basiclly the cutter saw thing on the floor. The singer is in the morgue singing. however for the life of me I can't remember the song at all other than it was fast paced and I THINK there were a few scream parts in it but I'm unsure. I'm almost certian he had like tight pants emo look!

Anyone have a suggestion?
