Need help finding a gift for my mother?

My mother is turning 51 and i need some ideas for a gift for her she is interested in science, art, and movies

i have a budget of around $50

all help is appreciated

also i am a bit of a procrastinator and her birthday is today!

science-- You could check out the Discovery Store on Discovery.com

Perhaps you and your mom can spend a day at an aquarium?

Or You can get her a yearly subscription to National Geographic or Time magazine

Art-- Maybe take a picture of her from her youth and blow it up and frame it! You could also add poetic text on it! That would be nice!

Or a picture of her and you as a child!

Black and white is pretty chic!

movies-- Blockbuster sells movies 5 for $20, you can get her 10, and wrap it up with her favorite movie snacks!

the best thing you can get her is a charm bracelet or necklace and a charm then you are set because after that you can just get her charms for Christmas and her birthday.

I don't know if your mom is the same as mine, but for her birthdays she loves when I take her out to lunch or dinner.

Maybe do that then treat her to a movie also?

At Genuardi's I know they have a thing where you can rent a movie for a day for 99 cents so you could get a couple.  Or you can go and buy her movies.  You could make coupons for her.  My mom loved that!  My sister did a portrait of my mom and she loved that.
