If you need a lawyer, call your local lawyers bar association and ask for a specialist in family law/adoptions.  Or call a law school library and have them look in the Martindale Hubbel for an adoption attorney in your area.  You can also find them in the yellow pages.

Leilanie G, what a stupid comment. First, you don't know if she is giving up the baby or wanting to adopt.  Either way, it is a noble decision.  Quit being so judgemental.
