  1. Check a Columbus telephone directory in the government "blue pages."  There should be a State listing for all the commissions from barbers, chiropractors, pharmacists, and your point of interest, social worker.  I think there is a little certifcation "MSW."   That certifcation should be available through state commission in the state capitol.


  2. You need to get in touch with the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board ("CSWMFT Board"), which is in charge of licensing social workers and others.  You can start with their Web page:

    Or you can call the number for social worker licensing:  614-466-5465
